<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of dispensing with initial setting of a time and resetting of an electric power source when interrupted, and capable of maintaining a precise time all the time. <P>SOLUTION: A remote controller 14 is provided with a fundamental function 15 for setting an operation condition, a time piece function 16, and a timer function 17 for changing the operation condition, the time piece function 16 is provided with a radio wave-controlled function 24 for receiving a standard radio wave 23 containing time information to correct a time automatically, the radio wave-controlled function 24 receives the standard radio wave 23 at a prescribed time interval, and receives the standard radio wave 23 just after when the electric power source is fed by a relay 13.
