PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat die capable of giving an intended distribution of thicknesses without a complicated arrangement even in case where resins of different viscosity on molding are laminated. SOLUTION: The flat die 1 has a resin incoming inlet 20, a manifold 21 connected to the resin incoming inlet 20 and a lip part 12. The manifold 21 is a space having mutually perpendicular width directions W, a thickness direction T and a resin-proceeding direction S, and the length of the manifold 21 in the width directions W is longer than that of the resin incoming inlet 20 in the width direction W.
