摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus capable of obtaining suitable screen display luminance corresponding to a video image content and sufficiently reduce power consumption. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display apparatus is provided with a liquid crystal panel for displaying a video image, and a light source for illuminating the liquid crystal panel.
