PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure ample space for arranging an electronic circuit for signal processing at the vicinity of a detector. SOLUTION: The detector module comprises the detector element array and the circuit substrate (12), which keeps the detector element array arranged on the first side of the printed circuit board (12); at least one device (16) for processing signal on the second side of the printed circuit board (12); the plug (22) provided with a free space (15) that is in contact with the printed circuit board (12), which keeps the device (16) placed in the free space (15).
