PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared thermal imaging device utilizing a reflection type lens to reduce the manufacturing costs of the infrared thermal imaging device effectively. SOLUTION: The reflection type infrared thermal imaging device, and a refraction type visible ray photography taking apparatus are included. The refraction type visible ray photography taking apparatus is installed on one axial center of the reflection type infrared thermal imaging device, thus allowing the reflection type infrared thermal imaging device and the visible ray photography taking apparatus to have capability of photographing images coaxially and simultaneously. The reflection type infrared thermal imaging device includes a reflector module and an infrared image sensor element, and the focus of an infrared image is aligned onto the infrared image sensor element by the reflector module.
