PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drilling water scattering preventing ring which prevents drilling water from scattering by attaching it to a tube of a diamond bit. SOLUTION: Respective products allow sizes of scattering preventing rings to be adjusted to sizes of respective diamond bits. Cuts are formed so that a rubber sheet may be cut off in a circular shape in Fig.(2). When in use a ring at a place which is most suitable for a size of the diamond bit is cut off, and the ring in accordance with an embodiment is used. In Fig.(3) a cross section of the scattering preventing ring is a circle, or may be an oval as shown in Fig.(2) and a square (3) as shown in Fig.(3).
