PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall panel allocation device, an allocation program and an allocation method capable of eliminating the wasting of a material by efficiently allocating a wall panel of an opening part in a building constructed by a framework wall construction method. SOLUTION: This allocation device has a design value storage means 10 storing design value data including a framework position and an opening part position for constructing the wall panel, and a wall panel allocating means 14 for allocating the wall panel by arranging one side of the outer peripheral four sides of the rectangular wall panel in response to a position of a frame constituting the peripheral edge of an opening part of a framework. This allocating means 14 allocates the wall panel by arranging one side of the outer peripheral four sides of the rectangular wall panel in response to the position of the frame constituting the peripheral edge of the opening part of the framework on the basis of the design value data including the framework position and the opening part position for constructing the wall panel.
