PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection nozzle capable of sufficiently injecting an adhesive into areas, from shallow part to deep part, of an inserting-filling hole, and a pinning method using this injection nozzle. SOLUTION: This injection nozzle 22 injects the adhesive R while sealing its opening part 14 in the inserting-filling hole 8 penetrating through a finishing material 3 and boring a skeleton 2 up to the predetermined depth; and has a connection arm 31 having an adhesive flow passage 36 continuous with an injector body 21 inside, a nozzle outer cylinder 32 having an intermediate flow passage 48 continuous with the adhesive flow passage 36 inside and having a sealing member 44 sealing the opening part 14 in a tip part, a nozzle inner cylinder 33 penetrating through the sealing member 44 to extend, supported inside the nozzle outer cylinder 32 so as to freely advance and retreat, having a communicating hole 64 communicating with the intermediate flow passage 48 and having an adhesive delivery port 63, and an operation rod 34 capable of operating the nozzle inner cylinder 33 for advancing and retreating.
