PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving vibrational damage to nearby residents by an anchor fixing workpiece falling accident and vibrational hole boring caused by breaking of a base material, imperfection of hole inside cleaning and the difficulty for vertical hole boring exerted by a hammer drill hole boring work in work applying or using " a post-construction anchor ". SOLUTION: A first process : a groove is bored by replacing a hammer drill round bored hole with a groove 3 having the circular arc bottom by a diamond wheel saw 2. A second process : expansion anchors 24, 25, 34, 40, 45, 50, 55, 64, 65 and 69 by this invention are fitted to and loaded in the groove. A third process : threaded engagement with an objective fixing workpiece is performed. The above processes are the invention with the groove as a threaded engagement origin. The diamond wheel saw 2 is a method without using vibration as a cutting boring groove element for drilling the hole and boring the groove by a diamond tip 5 consolidated to a wheel edge by grinding the base material 1 by making a vertical rotational motion.
