PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated polyester film suitable for an optical use for manufacturing a display member such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), a plasma display panel (PDP), an organic electroluminescence element (organic EL) or the like. SOLUTION: A coating agent containing an organic compound having a metal element and an aqueous urethane resin is applied at least to one side of a polyester film stretched at least in a uniaxial direction and the coated film is dried to obtain the laminated polyester film having a coating layer.
