PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold capable of setting the internal temperature of a cavity to a desired temperature in a short time to perform highly precise molding, and an electrical heating element for the mold. SOLUTION: An insulating film comprises aluminum oxide or the like is formed on the inside of the cavity of the mold and the thin film electrical heating element is formed on the insulating film using a silicate of an alloy, which is composed of molybdenum, tungsten and tantalum or contains molybdenum, tungsten and tantalum, etc. as compositional components is formed. It is made possible not only to supply an electric current to the thin film electric heating element but also to control the surface temperature of the cavity of the mold to improve the filling state of the cavity with a plastic molding material.
