PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscular strength training apparatus, wherein only one worker can easily adjust the tension of a belt. SOLUTION: The apparatus trains desired muscles by moving a mobile member connected to the weights 6, which are arranged in a load mechanism part 8 via a cable 32, in a prescribed direction by at least one part of each limb of a training person. The end of the cable 32 introduced to the upper part of the weight 6 is connected to the weight 6 via a screw member 45, and the screw member 45 is screwed so as to be extractable/insertable from/to a screw hole 49 which is formed in the upper part of the weight 6. When the screw member 45 is operated by extraction/insertion relative to the screw hole 49, the tension of the cable 32 is adjusted. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
