PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional device with protrusions can be used for only acupressure due to the sizes, shapes, etc. of the protrusions since the conventional device is made for acupressure. SOLUTION: Regarding this protrusion material, a large number of protrusions 2 project arrayed vertically and horizontally on the upper surface of a substrate 1, and grooves 3 are formed vertically and horizontally beside the skirts of the individual protrusions. The protrusions can be arrayed in the state of a lattice or zigzag. The shapes and sizes of the protrusions 2 can be all the same, but can be different partially.
