PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug solving the problems that as a fishing hook set at the lower center part of the plug is provided to have close contact with the plug at its mounting port, when the hook point directing upward when drawn in water, the point of the hook is guarded by the plug to hardly hook the fish, however when the hook point is set to direct outward against the plug, the hook is hooked obstacles on water bottom and the plug is liable to be damaged. SOLUTION: The plug is obtained by setting a metallic wire 1 projecting downward from the rear side of the plug at any position from the point to the lower center part of the plug and a forked hook is set at the tip of the metallic wire 1 to direct the hook point upward when the plug is drawn in water. As the hook point is hardly hooked on the obstacles on the water bottom when the plug is drawn in water and as the mounting port of the fishing hook is apart from the plug body so the hook point is hardly guarded with the plug.
