A METHOD AND STSTEM FOR ESTABLISHING A DIRECT P2P CHANNEL

A method for establishing a direct P2P channel, the method comprises: a server sends synchronization data packets containing at least address information about the other end to both the first and the second hosts after it received synchronization request from the first host; the first and the second hosts send UDP data packets to the other end immediately after they received synchronization data packets. The present invention also provides a system for establishing a direct P2P channel. By using the present invention, because the first and the second hosts have sent data packets to the other end when they received data packet from the other end, therefore, we can establish direct P2P channel for both end successfully in most cases. Accordingly, the present invention can increase success ratio of the establishment for direct P2P channels.
