A fabricating method of an organic light emitting display device is provided to adhere a first substrate to a second substrate by illuminating a laser or an infrared ray to a frit and melting the frit. A fabricating method of an organic light emitting display device includes the steps of: forming a frit(150) on one area of a second substrate; enlarging the contact area by applying a load to the contact area between the frit(150) and the first substrate and flattening the contact area simultaneously; heating the frit(150) by a predetermined temperature and hardening the frit(150); attaching the first substrate to the second substrate to seal the pixel area; and adhering the first substrate to the second substrate by melting the frit(150). |
