An apparatus for irradiating ultraviolet rays to fabricate an organic light emitting display is provided to prevent a hardening property of central products from deteriorating when being applied to an OLED compact product by making an ultraviolet uniformity uniformly in a hardening process by irradiating ultraviolet rays. In an apparatus for irradiating ultraviolet rays to fabricate an organic light emitting display, a chamber(110) is provided for an adhering process of a device substrate(1) on which an organic light emitting element is formed and a sealing substrate(2). An ultraviolet generation unit(120) installed on an outside of the chamber(110) irradiates the ultraviolet rays to the device substrate(1). At least more than two transparent support plates(130) support the device substrate(1) and the sealing substrate(2). An opaque support frame(150) is installed for supporting the support plates(130). An auxiliary ultraviolet generation unit(170) installed in the support frame(150) irradiates the ultraviolet rays to the device substrate(1) where the support frame(150) is installed.
