<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability in the phase matching assembly of a separation cam to a cleaner unit. <P>SOLUTION: When the phases of the separation cam 21 and the coupling 23b at the end of a driving gear 23 become the desired ones, notches provided on the flanges 22a and 23a of a separation cam gear 22 and the driving gear 23 are opposed to the center of an idler gear 25. Furthermore, the notches are formed to be larger than the addendum circle of the idler gear 25. In such a phase state that the notches are opposed, the idler gear 25 is inserted from the notches and assembled, whereby the assembly is achieved while the phases of the separation cam 21 and the coupling 23b are matched. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
