<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure for supporting a plate to an outer shaft. <P>SOLUTION: The one-way clutch 1 is mounted on a shaft member 2, and has the outer shaft 3, a roller 6, an accordion spring 7, a cover 8, and the plate 9. The outer shaft 3 is arranged on the outer peripheral side of the shaft member 2 and has a plurality of pocket parts 11 provided from the inner peripheral part to the outer peripheral part so as to be depressed. The roller 6 is stored in the plurality of the pocket parts 11. The accordion spring 7 is stored in the plurality of the pocket parts 11 and energizes the roller 6 in the peripheral direction. The cover 8 is arranged to cover one of the axial directions of the pocket parts 11. The plate 9 is arranged to cover the other of the axial directions of the pocket parts 11.
