<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-purifying device excellent in water-purifying capability, having a simple structure and produced in an inexpensive cost. <P>SOLUTION: The water-purifying device attached on the aquarium and having a pump for circulating water and a conducting tube for purifying water, wherein the inside of the conducting tube is filled with filter elements. The filter element is made of a plastic rod with an appropriate cross section having spiral incise with a small pitch in the axial direction. The conducting tube is formed to have a folded structure and covers are attached at the end parts.
