SOLUTION: A lower end portion of a cylinder 11 filled with hydraulic fluid is connected with a lower arm LA, and an upper end portion of a piston rod 12 retreatably projecting from an upper portion of the cylinder 11 is connected with a car body BD to constitute a damper device generating damping force, an air spring device is constituted to apply spring action by forming an air chamber R3 by cases 19, 20, 21 to the outside of the cylinder 11 and the piston rod 12, the air chamber R3 is divided into a first chamber R31 and a second chamber R32 by a partitioning plate 25, a bound cushion 29 capable of changing its shape and elastically deformable, is mounted at a lower portion of the partitioning plate 25, the chambers R31, R32 can be communicated by a communication hole 31 of the bound cushion 29, and the communication hole 31 can be closed by contact of a stopper 30.
