PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber additive composition which is well compatible with rubber materials, can more well and more quickly be dispersed, can uniformly be distributed, is stable even close to basic substances or in rubbers, when stored, and is stable even at temperature of≤130°C on the processing treatments of the rubbers. SOLUTION: This rubber additive composition, which contains at least one rubber additive, coated with a coating material to be microcapsulized, is characterized in that the coating material is insoluble in the rubber or rubbers up to 120 to 140°C, and is selected from the group consisting of waxes, paraffin, polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, and their mixtures; the microcapsules have a size of 1 to 75μm, and are bound to each other with a low temperature fusing wax-like substance to form beads having sizes of 0.1 to 10 mm.
