PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning system capable of automatically releasing prohibition of hand operation of each air conditioner even at the occurrence of abnormality such as the power interruption of a centralized control device, a failure of the centralized control device, and communication line severance between the centralized control device and the air conditioner after prohibiting the hand operation of each air conditioner by the centralized control device. SOLUTION: When prohibition of hand operation is set by a centralized controller 10 which is the centralized control device, hand operation with a remote control 2 of each air conditioner 1 is invalidated only for a predetermined time.
