PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating sheet which exhibits high heat dissipation and excels in machanical strength and productivity, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The heat dissipating sheet is composed of particles having heat radiation of total radiation rate of 0.5 or more, which are bound by a binder resin with glass-transition temperature of -50 to 50°C. The mass ratio of particles to a binder resin is 5/95 to 65/35, and the thickness of the sheet is 10-150μm. The sheet is made by coating an ink composition made of the binder resin and a solvent with a printing machine and drying the solvent to solidify it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
