PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse and a capacitor with a fuse which are made not to be affected by heat during loading them on a substrate. SOLUTION: The fuse 2 includes a fuse element 4. The fuse element 4 is equipped with a conducting wire rod 6 made of gold. A resin part 8 made of thermoplastic resin which softens at predetermined temperature is prepared around the conducting wire rod 6. Tin powder 10 is mixed in the resin part 8.
