PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lever type connector capable of regulating such a displacement that a lever becomes distant from a cam-pin along axial direction of the cam-pin when the lever is rotationally operated. SOLUTION: A lever mounting wall 39, opposing to a face on which a cam-pin 14 formed on a male housing 11 at its outside when fitted to the male housing is arranged on a female housing 10. A locking part 15 is arranged on a side of the cam-pin 14 along fitting direction of the male housing 11. The locking part 15 regulates such a displacement that the lever mounting wall 39 becomes distant from the cam-pin 14 along axial direction of the cam-pin 14, when the lever 12 is rotationally operated, by locking it into a receiving part 45 formed at a part joined to the lever mounting wall 39. By this, since such a displacement that the lever 12 becomes distant from the cam-pin is indirectly regulated, a reduction of a margin of the cam-pin 14 for hitching on a cam groove 48 can be regulated.
