PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cleaning inside a door case by enabling a door body to be easily demounted from a rail, in a single sliding-type sliding door, the door body of which can be housed in the door case provided in a wall body. SOLUTION: In this sliding door 10, the door body 20 traveling along the rail 14 can be housed in the door case 30 which is provided in the wall body of the building. A vertical parting face is provided on the door end-side stile 23 of the door body 20; the stile can be split in a breadth direction; and a door end-side half body 41 of the stile is separated from the door body, so that the whole of the door body 20 can be demounted from the rail 14 by being pulled out from the door case 30.
