PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a breaststroke exercise device for the breaststroke exercise at the pseudo swimming posture on a flat body on land imitating the posture of the body lying on the water surface. SOLUTION: The device is related to the breaststroke exercise device. Bevel gears are set in the front and rear of driving shafts on one side and on the other side. The shaft is rotatably mounted on a motor, and double eccentric wheels are disposed in the front and rear on top of the shaft to rotate. The rotation of the double eccentric wheels in the front is reverse, and the respective wheels are rotated inward to rotate the upper arms in the horizontal direction, so that the exercise for the pectoral muscles, side muscles and neck muscles are facilitated. The double eccentric wheels in the rear make motions in cooperation with the thighs, and simultaneously rotate as the front eccentric wheels rotate. A timing belt is wound around the rear double eccentric wheels, and the terminal end of the belt is locked. The timing belt rotates in the outer circumference of the double eccentric wheels along the rotation of the wheels endlessly in the 8-shaped trajectory. An auxiliary spring is attached for the continuous stretching exercise, and the lower-limb stretching exercise for the psoas muscle, back muscles, abdominal muscles, side muscles, quadriceps muscles of thighs, Achilles tendons, etc. can be facilitated with the repulsion of the auxiliary spring.
