PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collection needle recovering device for safely recovering a used winged needle with excellent operability, and to provide a blood collection bed having the blood collection needle recovering device. SOLUTION: The blood collection needle recovering device 1 cuts a tube 100 with the winged needle 200 arranged at a distal end and recovers the distal end part of the cut tube 100 including the winged needle 200 as a waste substance 400, including a lock part 6 for locking the wing 300 of the winged needle 200; a seal head (a cutting part) 7 for cutting the tube 100 in the middle part; a switch part 8 to be turned on when the tube 100 is mounted, so as to operate the seal head 7; and a waste container (a recovering part) 10 arranged in the lower part of the lock part 6 so as to recover the waste substance 400. The tube 100 is mounted on the switch part 8 in a state where the wing 300 is locked to the lock part 6, and then, the seal head 7 is operated. Consequently, the middle part of the tube 100 is cut and the waste substance 400 falling by gravity is recovered to the waste container 10. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
