PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a variable winning device facilitating the assembling of the variable winning device with an opening/closing door and the attachment or replacement of a mounting board. SOLUTION: This variable winning device is formed with the mounting board 2 opened with a flip inlet 69, a door 14 opening/closing the flip inlet and a mechanism body 3 separately; the mechanism body 3 comprises a winning ball receiving frame 5 facing the flip inlet 69 and receiving winning balls, and a mechanism frame 6 retaining a solenoid 36 opening/closing the door; and the winning ball receiving frame 5 and the mechanism frame 6 are integrally connected and assembled by the connection between a connecting locking piece 49 and a locking receiving part 11. On the other hand, the mechanism body 3 and the mounting board 2 formed separately are integrally connected and assembled by detachable engagement between a locking claw piece 71 and a locking part 12 so as to freely replace the combination of the mechanism body 3 and the mounting board 2 as necessary.
