PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair humidifying device offering a satisfactory working efficiency and improving agent permeability into hair and scalp, when combing hair in applying a perming agent, a coloring agent, and a treatment agent to hair, and massaging hair for hair growth. SOLUTION: This hair humidifying device is provided with a moist generator 1, a flexible continuous tube 2, and a nozzle 3 connected to the tip of the continuous tube 2. The nozzle 3 has a nozzle body having an outlet, a hair combing part such as comb teeth and brush bristles for combing the hair, and a moist deflection part 6. The hair combing part is provided in front of the outlet with its facing downward, and the moist deflection part 6 downward guides the moist flow flowing out from the outlet and injects the moist to the hair in front of the hair combing part.
