PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower manufacturing costs, and increase reliability relating to handling and durability. SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking pot 1 is formed of an outside peripheral wall body 2 formed into a concavity shape, an inside peripheral wall body 3 similarly formed into a concavity and granular coals 4 filling the space surrounded by the outside peripheral wall body 2 and the inside peripheral wall body 3. The upper side end 1a of the induction heating cooking pot 1 in which the upper side end 2a of the outside peripheral wall body 2 and the upper side end 3a of the inside peripheral wall body 3 join is hermetically sealed by mechanically caulking the upper side end 2a of the outside peripheral wall body 2 and the upper side end 3a of the inside peripheral wall body 3 to prevent oxygen in the atmosphere from flowing into the space surrounded by the outside peripheral wall body 2 and the inside peripheral wall body 3 and oxidizing the granular coals 4.
