METHOD FOR PRODUCING CANCER MODEL ANIMAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably producing cancer model animal that is suitable for screening anticancer agents as a variety of hematogenous metastasis including animal liver metastasis model or the like. SOLUTION: A microcapsule in which a cancer cell is enclosed is injected into a blood vessel reaching the target organ of the laboratory animal into which the cancer cell is to be implanted. After arrival of the microcapsule, the cell enclosed in the microcapsule is broken by the timed proliferation of the capsulated cell and exposed from the inner part and the exposed cells are implanted on the organ to form a cancer lesion.
