PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a farming machine with small longitudinal dimension, thus being compact in size in the longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: The farming machine 1 is equipped with a rotatable front tilling shaft 12 having the axial direction transversely coinciding with the transverse direction, wherein a plurality of front tilling tines 13 are provided so as to project in its axial direction of the front tilling shaft 12 at a certain interval. This farming machine 1 is also equipped with a rear tilling shaft 22 in parallel with the front tilling shaft 12, wherein a plurality of rear tilling tines 23 are provided so as to project in its axial direction of the rear tilling shaft 22 at a certain interval.
