The cushion has a molded body (11) made of soft elastic material and provided with a changeably adjusting L-shaped recess (18) or with a changeable T-shaped recess used as a L-shaped recess on one side of the body or with the L-shaped recess (18) on both sides of the body. The molder body includes a base plate and two detachably fastened molded parts forming the recess (18). The L-shaped recesses holds a part of the upper arm and the entire lower arm of a person (8). A shoulder strap is detachably fastened to both front surfaces (12, 13) of the molded body.
