A wireless transmitter having automatic turn-off transceiving LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes), a wireless TV, and a wireless TV system and a controlling method thereof are provided to turn on the transceiving LEDs only when both wireless transmitter and wireless TV are powered on, and to automatically turn off the LEDs if any of the wireless transmitter and the wireless TV is powered off, thereby reducing power consumption. A wireless transmitter relays complicated image signals received from the outside. A wireless TV receives the complicated image signals to display the signals. Transceiving LEDs(214,224) are installed in more than one of the wireless transmitter and the transceiving LEDs, and display transceiving states of the transmitter or the TV. Switching units(216,226) are installed in more than one of the transmitter and the TV, and control so that the LEDs(214,224) emit light only when both transmitter and TV are powered on.
