A multifunctional portable book-cover having a rotational hinge member is provided to allow convenient fixing on a book, to facilitate carrying the book, to prevent going over of the pages, to give a function as a book rest for facilitate reading, and to prevent any damage on page such as wearing, tearing, and folding. The multifunctional portable book-cover having a rotational hinge member comprises: a body part(10) into which a binding part of book is inserted and fixed; a pair of cover plate(55) served as a book-cover or book-rest, which is linked to the body part(10) in a longitudinally rotatable state; and a rotational hinge member(50), including rotational linking parts made of materials such as nylon, and either rotational contact surfaces or a stopper projection. |
