PRESSURE SENSITIVE ADHESIVE FILM FOR PROTECTION OF SURFACE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

Provided is an adhesive film for surface protection, which shows excellent anti-fouling properties on the exposed surface thereof and anti-static properties on both surfaces thereof, and is very useful in various industrial applications. The adhesive film for surface protection comprises: a polyester substrate film; an anti-static layer formed on one surface or both surfaces of the polyester substrate film by applying an anti-static coating solution containing a conductive polymer onto the surfaces through an in-line coating process; an anti-fouling layer formed on the surface of the anti-static layer by applying a coating solution containing a UV curable resin through an off-line coating process; and an adhesive layer formed on the surface opposite to the anti-fouling layer by applying an adhesive coating solution containing an acrylic adhesive and an isocyanate curing agent through an off-line coating process. The anti-fouling layer has a surface resistance of 10^4-10^9 ohm/square regardless of relative humidity and a water droplet contact angle of 94 deg. or more, and the adhesive layer has a peel force to the anti-fouling layer of 2-5 g/inch.
