<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable display device that is preferable in design aspects as well, that can change the shape and obtain various display modes by using two or more displays in combination. <P>SOLUTION: This display is bendable and rectangular display device body 11, a first display panel 12 and a second display panel 13, bendable together with the display device body 11 and placed respectively on the front and the rear surfaces, a first connector 14 disposed at the end of the main display 11 in the longitudinal direction and connectable to the first connector 14, a second connector 15 disposed at the other end of the main display 11 in the longitudinal direction and connectable to the first connector 14, and a controller 21 housed in the main display 11 for controlling the display on the first display panel 12 and the second display panel 13.
