<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enabling easy visual measurement of the relative position of a register mark for registering in multicolor printing, the register mark and a forming device of the register mark. <P>SOLUTION: Equipment for adding the printing register mark has a storage means which stores register mark data 180 wherein the shape data on a main scale register mark 185a and a vernier scale register mark 185b constituting the register mark 185 are recorded and platemaking data wherein a color plate object is recorded, a register mark specifying means which generates position coordinates of the main scale register mark or the vernier scale register mark from the position coordinates of the register mark contained in register mark position specification and prepares the color plate object containing the generated position coordinates of the main scale register mark and the shape data thereon or the position coordinates of the vernier scale register mark and the shape data thereon, and a means which generates the platemaking data with the register mark by adding the prepared color plate object to the platemaking data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
