PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polyester resin film for laminating a metal sheet excellent in the takeout properties of high protein and fat content in addition to processability, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, adhesion, flavor properties, etc., and a laminated metal sheet using it. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polyester resin film for laminating the metal sheet has a resin layer (resin layer A), which comprises a composition containing 2-20 mass% of a functional group derived from a carboxylic acid in terms of a carboxylic acid and 3-30 mass% of a carboxylic acid modified polyolefin resin with a particle size of 0.1-5μm and of which the interfacial free energy to surface water is 30 mN/m or above, at least on its one side.
