PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of a reflecting layer resonating irradiation light from a light-emitting layer. SOLUTION: A substrate 10 has wirings 12 and light reflecting layers 21 formed. A translucent layer 23 covers the wirings 12 and the light reflecting layers 21. Contact holes H are formed at sites overlapping with the wirings 12 in the translucent layer 23. First electrodes 25 each with a different film thickness for a unit element U are formed on the face of the translucent layer 23. The first electrode 25r of the unit element Ur includes a first layer 261 formed by patterning of a conductive film L1 and overlapping with the light reflecting layer 21. The first electrode 25g of the unit element Ug with a different resonant wavelength from the unit element Ur includes a first conductive part 271 formed by patterning of the conductive film L1 and blocking the contact hole H, and a second layer 262 formed by patterning of the conductive film L2 filmed after forming of the conductive film L1 and overlapping with the light reflecting layer 21.
