PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube apparatus wherein cooling is miniaturized and cooling efficiency of a part of the X-ray tube requiring the cooling can be improved. SOLUTION: In the X-ray tube apparatus of this invention housing the X-ray tube in a tube container, the tube container is divided into a plurality of chambers with a flange 8, and each of the divided chambers is cooled by a different cooling method.
