PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car stop device of a simple structure, which can prevent a theft, unauthorized parking and unapproved exit of a vehicle while the device is excellent in durability. SOLUTION: The invention is composed of a car stop body 1, a lockable roller 2 and a free rotating roller 3 which are arranged in parallel with the car stop body 1, and a lock means 4. A driving wheel W is mounted between the lockable roller 2 and the free rotating roller 3.
