PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently absorb an input load from a vehicular rear side, in a vehicle rear part structure equipped with a table. SOLUTION: Brittle portions 8c, 23a are respectively provided on a rear side member 8 and a camping table 6 of a vehicle body 1. These brittle portions 8c, 23a are disposed at a generally same position in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction. Therefore, at the time of rear surface collision, the rear side member 8 and the camping table 6 are deformed from the generally same position in the vehicular fore-and-aft direction.
