PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase and improve a savor of a game machine under an existing rule that a big winning port (a winning port required to be opened at the time of a big winning regardless of a size) has to be opened surely when a winning is generated. SOLUTION: The game machine is provided with a big winning non-notifying form of not notifying a player that it is a big winning state with probability variation, and a sub big winning port 401 changed to a main big winning port 400 that a game ball can enter only for little time at the time. While the game ball is allowed to enter the sub big winning port 401 only when the big winning non-notifying form is attained, a sub variable winning device 452 for which the sub big winning port 401 is a part of constitution is operated excluding the time when the big winning non-notifying form is attained, and the variable winning device is operated even for the time of a normal game.
