<p>A dimensional tolerance calculator which can calculate certainly with high efficiency each dimensional tolerance satisfying a desired quality while saving the labor of a designer when each dimensional tolerance of each component of a structure consisting of a plurality of components is calculated, and which comprises a section (3) for setting the temporary dimensional tolerance of each component based on the design data of the structure and the component information of each component, a primary analysis executing section (7) for calculating the quality of the structure based on the temporary dimensional tolerance and for calculating the sensitivity of each component, a judging section (8) for judging whether the quality of the structure calculated at the primary analysis executing section (7) satisfies the desired quality or not, and a secondary analysis executing section (14) for calculating dimensional tolerance of each component such that the structure has the desired quality by using the sensitivity of each component calculated at the primary analysis executing section (7) if the judging section (8) judges that the desired quality is not satisfied.</p> |
