A method for waterproofing and repairing cracks in a concrete structure is provided to prevent crack spread by forming crack prevention holes and dispersing stress and to keep the strength of a concrete structure by increasing the adhesive strength of crack-resistant stiffener and non-woven fabrics as crack prevention sheets. The method for waterproofing and repairing cracks in a concrete structure comprises the steps of forming many crack prevention holes(1) on both sides of cracks to disperse stress in 360‹ and to prevent crack spread, injecting crack-resistant stiffener(2) in the crack prevention holes, applying moisture-proof/waterproof primer around the crack prevention holes and the cracks and drying the primer, injecting waterproof adhesives such as mortar adhesives, PVA emulsion adhesives, etc. on the cracks, forming a waterproof membrane layer on the cracks and the crack prevention holes, attaching non-woven fabrics(3) impregnated with adhesives on the cracks and the crack prevention holes, and piling up non-woven fabrics(4,5) impregnated with elastic waterproof coatings to cover up the non-woven fabrics. The crack-resistant stiffener is composed of 30~60 weight percent silica sand, 5~20 weight percent non-crystalline silicate, 20~50 weight percent acryl emulsion, 2~5 weight percent silicon oxide and 2~8 weight percent hydrophilic PVA(Polyvinyl alcohol) fiber chips.
