A toe guard is provided to control foot smell and to prevent a disease such as athlete's foot and eczema in advance by absorbing and removing sweat from the toe by a well-ventilated structure using a breathable and flexible material. The toe guard includes: a toe insertion part(10) having an insertion hole(12a) into which toes are inserted; a guard wearing part(20) connected to a rear part of the toe insertion part, and fixed to the ankle for preventing the toe insertion part from being broken away from the toe; and a connection part(30) for connecting the toe insertion part and the guard wearing part. The guard wearing part comprises a first binding band(22) and a second binding band(24) having respective opening parts(22a,24a) with a wide width and formed in a band shape. The first and second binding bands are formed to be mutually spaced by the connection part connected to respective upper parts thereof.
