Provided is a mobile rack having functions of prevention against fires and crimes as well as of waterproofness, in which a layer of synthetic rubber covers the outside of projections and grooves of rack bodies so that it is molten in a fire and secures the connection between the rack bodies, and in which a metal lath and tempered glass are contained in the rack bodies. The mobile rack comprises: rails(100); a first rack body(300), which is arranged on the rails(100), and a frontal face of which has more than one longitudinal or transverse groove(310); more than one second rack body(400), which is located in a frontal face of the first rack body(300) on the rails(100), as well as of which a rear portion has a projection(420) to be connected to the more than one longitudinal or transverse groove(310) of the first rack body(300), and of which a front portion has more than one longitudinal or transverse groove(410); and a third rack body(500), which is located at a frontal face of the second rack body(400) on the rails(100), and a rear portion of which has a projection to be connected to the longitudinal or transverse groove(410).
